- "Air Force model." No Rolex model carries this name. The Air-King is the closest match.
Legal status in the United States
18 U.S.C. Section 2320 covers trafficking in counterfeit goods. A first offense carries up to 10 years in prison and fines up to $2 million for an individual and $5 million for a corporation. U.S. Customs and Border Protection can seize watches at the border and destroy them. Bringing one counterfeit watch in a suitcase for personal use in most cases brings no criminal charge, but the item can be taken and destroyed.
